What is ScaleBeacon?
ScaleBeacon is an event-intelligence platform in beta. It connects business profiles, event planning, and sponsorship workflows, with a longer-term focus on audience participation and measurable event outcomes.
What can I use in the beta?
The current app includes business profiles, event drafts and previews, and sponsorship preparation for accounts with business access. Available tools depend on your beta account access. Public event discovery, live games, personal connections, and outcome reporting are still being developed.
How do QR-enabled events work?
A host can share a link or QR code to an event experience. Opening that link is a starting point; it does not confirm admission or unlock live games. Any check-in or ticket requirement must be verified separately by the event’s access flow.
Are sponsorship payments live?
No. Sponsorship funding and payouts are not live in this beta. Payment screens, where available, are for sandbox testing. There is no promise of sponsorship income, audience reach, or financial return.
Do I need separate accounts for my business and the audience app?
No. ScaleBeacon uses the same account for Audience and Manage. Business and organizer tools require the appropriate workspace access.
